Privacy Policy

Effective: October 6, 2026 · Version 2026.10

This Privacy Policy explains how iDevise Design & Build LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit idbuilt.com, request a quote, schedule a visit, create an account, purchase products or services, communicate with us, or become a customer.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, billing or shipping address, project details, photos or files you provide, appointment information, estimates, material quotes, invoices, payment status, communications, account information, and other information you voluntarily submit.

2. Website and Analytics Information

We collect limited first-party website analytics such as pages viewed, approximate session counts, timestamps, referring website, UTM campaign information, buttons or links clicked, form-submission events, device type, browser type, language, and approximate city/region/country derived by our hosting provider from network information. Our iDevise analytics database is designed not to store your full IP address and does not record the text you type into website forms as analytics.

3. Vercel Hosting and Location Signals

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Requests to the website pass through Vercel infrastructure, which may process network and device information needed to deliver and secure the site. Our analytics endpoint may receive approximate city, region, country, and timezone headers supplied by Vercel. We do not use this feature to collect precise GPS location.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare estimates and invoices; schedule appointments; provide construction, remodeling, material, and related services; process orders and payments; maintain customer and project records; communicate about a project; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and improve the website; measure marketing performance; understand which services and locations generate interest; comply with legal obligations; and enforce agreements.

5. Analytics and Marketing Choices

Our first-party analytics are intended to measure how the website is used and which marketing sources produce inquiries. We do not use the analytics described above to identify an anonymous visitor by name unless that visitor separately provides identifying information to us. The site is designed to respect browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals by disabling our custom analytics when those signals are enabled.

6. Payments and Financing

Payment card and financing transactions may be processed by payment providers such as Stripe, Klarna, or other providers selected for a transaction. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in our customer database. Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms and security requirements.

7. Service Providers and Sharing

We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the business, including website hosting, database and authentication, payment processing, scheduling/calendar, communications, file storage, analytics, professional advisers, subcontractors or suppliers involved in an authorized project, and government or regulatory authorities when required by law. We limit disclosures to information reasonably needed for the applicable purpose.

8. Sale of Personal Information

iDevise does not sell personal information for money. If our data practices materially change in a way that creates additional privacy rights under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide any required choices or notices.

9. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

The website may use browser storage or similar first-party technologies for login sessions, language or interface preferences, shopping or account functionality, and limited analytics session measurement. Third-party services used for payments or embedded functionality may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their policies.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain project and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet tax or legal obligations, protect the business, and satisfy legitimate operational needs. Different records may be retained for different periods.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident affects information protected by applicable law, we will follow applicable investigation and notification requirements.

12. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request correction of inaccurate contact information, ask questions about our records, or request deletion of information where legally and operationally appropriate. We may need to retain information required for contracts, accounting, warranties, fraud prevention, legal claims, or other lawful purposes.

13. Children

Our website and services are directed to property owners, customers, and business users and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the website.

14. External Links and Third Parties

Our site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and iDevise is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date and version at the top identify the current posted version.
